FELMOND TRADING AND PROJECTS (PTY) LTD is focused on the production, sourcing and marketing of Metals and Minerals, Scrap and Synthetic materials. The group is committed to the development of industrial
activities, to achieve financial assurance and attract foreign investment.

We continue to pursue selective strategic acquisitions and alliances with
third parties and aim to create value through our acquisitions over
long-time horizons. We continue to support the investment requirements of
our subsidiaries and follow an expansion plan that meet our internal
criteria.

Each investment opportunity in an industrial asset is evaluated on a
stand-alone basis. Additionally, new ventures are examined for their
potential to benefit from the group's approach to achieving critical mass
in the relevant market and to support our corporate philosophy of
